Refund Policy

1. Admission fee

It is the responsibility of clients to meet their financial obligations to Goldbridge for treatment.

Financial contributions towards treatment must be paid two weeks in advance at all times.

If a client ceases treatment once admitted, either voluntarily or discharged for any reason whatsoever:

  • they will not be financially reimbursed for treatment received
  • they will not be financially reimbursed for any Contribution to Treatment payment paid in advance for the fortnight

2. Donations

Goldbridge is registered as a charitable organisation.

There are no refunds for donations.
